33dd Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "33dd" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the 33dd online gaming and sportsbook platform accessible at https://33dd.ws and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "User" / "you" / "Player" — refers to any individual who registers a 33dd account, accesses the platform, or uses any feature of the 33dd service.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by an individual on the 33dd platform, associated with a unique username, password, and PKR balance.
• "Services" — the complete range of products available on 33dd, including the sportsbook, live casino, RNG casino games, slots, and any promotional features.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a User on a sportsbook market or casino game using funds held in their 33dd Account.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — the PKR-denominated amount held in a User's 33dd Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited winnings or bonuses.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by 33dd prior to account approval or withdrawal processing.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory from which access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

Access to the 33dd platform and its Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 33dd or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have previously had a 33dd Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily restricted your access under the 33dd Responsible Gaming programme at the time of registration.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 33dd platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein pending investigation.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 33dd promptly of any changes.

• You must create a strong, unique password for your 33dd Account and must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• 33dd will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• 33dd employs full SSL encryption across all account sessions. However, the security of your access credentials remains your personal responsibility.
• KYC verification — including submission of a valid government-issued identity document — is required before the first withdrawal can be processed.

33dd reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion, in line with its compliance obligations.

All financial transactions on the 33dd platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. 33dd does not impose platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank processing timelines.
• Withdrawal requests are processed upon successful KYC verification. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval during business hours.
• 33dd reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has triggered an internal compliance review.
• Funds deposited into your 33dd Account must be used for gaming activity. 33dd is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
• Any attempt to use the 33dd platform for the purpose of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illicit financial activity will result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and referral to appropriate authorities.

All wagers placed on the 33dd sportsbook are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type. In the event of a conflict between general terms and specific market rules, the specific market rules shall prevail.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 33dd system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where a specific Cash Out or Edit Bet feature is offered for that market and the User exercises that option within the permitted window.
• 33dd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human input error. Affected Users will be notified and stakes refunded to their account balance.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion, settlement will be governed by the applicable market rules for that event type and sport.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 33dd reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits where betting patterns indicate potential abuse.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, arbitrage opportunities arising from obvious pricing mistakes, or coordinated betting strategies designed to disadvantage the platform constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• 33dd offers in-play betting on selected cricket, PSL, football, snooker, and UFC markets. In-play odds are subject to suspension at any time without notice. Bets accepted during a period of suspension will be voided.

The 33dd Casino offers a range of gaming products including live dealer tables, RNG slot titles, and video poker variants such as Deuces Wild. All casino games offered on the 33dd platform use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the individual game information panel.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time. In the event of a streaming interruption or disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the server-side record and shall be final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits on casino games are set by 33dd and/or the game provider and are displayed within each game interface before play commences.
• Any malfunction of a casino game — whether caused by a software defect, hardware fault, or network interruption — voids all associated bets and pays for that game round. 33dd's technical records shall be the definitive source of truth in the event of any dispute relating to casino game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

33dd may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers, and other incentive schemes to eligible account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• 33dd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any obligations arising under applicable consumer protection law.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus offers through abuse patterns — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated play, or systematic arbitrage — will have their bonus balances forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players. 33dd reserves the right to exclude any account from promotional eligibility where account behaviour is inconsistent with recreational play.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts and carry no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

33dd is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming practices. The platform provides a suite of player protection tools accessible directly from within each registered account. These tools are available to all players at any time and without restriction.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out regardless of active game sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the account is inaccessible for betting or casino play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may apply for self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of their current session and their net win/loss position.

33dd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or collusive betting activity has been detected on the account.
• The account has been used in connection with money laundering, financial fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• A chargeback has been initiated against a legitimate 33dd transaction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be frozen. Where a breach is confirmed, 33dd reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Players whose accounts are closed for reasons other than a breach of terms may request withdrawal of any remaining verified balance.

A User may voluntarily close their 33dd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method following final account review.

All content on the 33dd platform — including but not limited to the 33dd brand name and logo, website design and layout, software code, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 33dd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 33dd platform for personal, recreational purposes only.
• No content from the 33dd platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 33dd.
• Scraping, data mining, crawling, or any automated extraction of content or data from the 33dd platform is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to 33dd by Users become the property of 33dd and may be incorporated into the platform without compensation or attribution to the submitting User.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33dd, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the 33dd platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity interruptions that affect game availability or bet placement.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing resulting from third-party payment provider processes beyond 33dd's direct control.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, market data, or game information that has been corrected in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming compliance standards under which 33dd operates. In the event of any dispute between a User and 33dd arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 33dd's internal complaints procedure.

To initiate a formal complaint, Users should contact 33dd support in writing via the email address provided in Section 14 of these Terms. 33dd will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, 33dd and the User agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

33dd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect User rights or obligations — 33dd will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and, where possible, by direct communication to registered account holders.

Your continued use of the 33dd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
